Kery ZK is developing a local safety layer for autonomous mobility. The current focus is NOD G-1, a roadside module that is designed to detect defined hazards and request a safe response without relying on a remote round trip.
Why now
Three things are true at once.
The safety path stays local.
Remote network paths add variable latency and can fail. NOD G-1 is being designed so its defined local safety path does not require a cloud round trip.
Roadway safety is the current focus.
The initial product work is centered on defined crossing and corridor hazards. Other industries shown on this site are development concepts or longer-range roadmap applications.
New and existing fleets need different bridges.
V2X can carry cooperative perception where it is supported. Existing fleets may require a diagnostic or service interface, with every signal and action subject to vehicle support and OEM permission.
